The intricate design of this 3000 sq. ft., 5-bedroom apartment overlooking Central Park, allowed us to show the full spectrum of our company’s technical abilities. Architect Wid Chapman came up with an organic design which challenged us to execute his vision. This gut renovation project included fabrication of three dimensional walls and ledges covered with venetian plaster, European imported wood flooring, hardware, plumbing fixtures and paint. All millwork was fabricated and installed by Tenon Custom Millwork, a division of NYC Builders Group.
